Twynsta 40/5mg Tablet is a combination medication used to treat high blood pressure and heart failure. It works by blocking the production of angiotensin II, a chemical that causes blood vessels to constrict, and by relaxing the muscles in the blood vessels. Twynsta 40/5mg Tablet is available in tablet form and is taken orally once daily. The recommended dose is 1 tablet once daily, with or without food. Common side effects include dizziness, headache, and fatigue. Rare but serious side effects include kidney damage, liver damage, and allergic reactions.
