Dolofen-f 400mg Kapsul is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to treat pain, inflammation, and stiffness caused by osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. It works by blocking the production of prostaglandins, which are chemicals that cause pain and inflammation. Dolofen-f 400mg Kapsul is available in capsule form and is taken orally. The recommended dose is 50-100mg every 8 hours, not to exceed 150mg per day. Common side effects include gastrointestinal upset, dizziness, and headache. Rare but serious side effects include liver damage, kidney damage, and allergic reactions.
