Coveram 5mg/5mg Tablet is a combination of a calcium channel blocker (amlodipine) and an angiotensin II receptor antagonist (valsartan). It works by relaxing blood vessels and reducing blood pressure. Indication: Hypertension. Dosage: 5-10mg once daily. Safety: Common side effects include headache, dizziness, and fatigue. Rare side effects include angioedema and Stevens-Johnson syndrome. Contraindicated in: Hypersensitivity to amlodipine or valsartan.
