Deskripsi
Jardiance contains active substance Empagliflozin namely inhibitor SGLT2 that bekerja with reduces reabsorpsi glucose that difilter and decreases ambang glucose kidney. Hal this will increases ekskresi glucose urin so reduces konsentrasi glucose blood.

Perhatian
Not used for penderita DM Tipe 1 or therapy ketoasidosis diabetes. Disease Gastrointestinal, Gagal heart, and ISK terkomplikasi. Kerusakan liver. pregnant & lactation. Child 85 year
Efek Samping
hypoglycemia, ISK, peningkatan Discard water small, deplesi volume. Peningkatan kreatinin blood, hematokrit, serum lipid; Reducesan laju filtrasi glomerulus. Ketoasidosis, urosepsis, pielonefritis, reaction allergy skin such as ruam, urtikaria.
