Welcome to Medisfera Pharmacy Bali. By accessing medisferapharmacybali.com and using our buy & delivery services, you agree to all of the following Terms & Conditions. Medisfera operates as a licensed pharmaceutical service provider governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
1. Consultation & Ordering Procedures
To ensure safety and medical accuracy, the entire ordering process is not automated on the website. Instead, it follows this procedure:
Consultation & Chat
Customers are required to contact our Customer Service / Pharmacist via our official WhatsApp to consult product availability.
Order Confirmation
An order is considered valid and will be processed once the customer agrees to the order details and total cost confirmed by our team.
Medical Prescription
For products classified as Restricted Medicines, customers must attach a valid doctor's prescription. We reserve the right to reject orders if this medical requirement is not met.
2. Pricing & Payment Methods
We provide flexible payment options to accommodate both local customers and international visitors:
Digital Payment
Payments via Credit/Debit Card, digital wallets, Bank Transfer, PayPal, and Wise will be processed through our official invoice link at payment.medisferapharmacybali.com.
Cash on Arrival
We accept cash payment upon delivery at the customer's location.
Price Validity
Listed prices are subject to change at any time if any (Discount). The final price is the one stated on the invoice sent by our Customer Service team.
3. Delivery Guarantee30 min
Service Area
We provide direct delivery to your Villa, Hotel, or residence within our operational coverage area in Bali.
Delivery Time
The 30-minute delivery guarantee starts after the order is confirmed by our team (and after digital payment verification is completed, except for Cash on Arrival).
Force Majeure
The 30-minute guarantee may be waived under extreme weather, natural disasters, traditional road closures, or traffic disruptions beyond our control. Our team will always transparently communicate the estimated arrival time via WhatsApp.
