Description
Combiglyze is a drug used for complementary therapy in HCl diabetes. Both of which are working mechanisms: 1. Saxagliptin can control glucose levels in the blood by increasing the natural levels of incretins. Incretins will increase the release of insulin especially after eating. Saxagliptin is usually used together with a diet and exercise in high blood sugar levels of type 2. Metincl, including the large blood group that can reduce blood sugar by: acretins production by acretins.

Indication
An additional therapy of diet & physical exercise to improve blood glucose control on type 2 DM patients who cannot be controlled by maximum doses of metformin that the body can tolerate or in patients who have been treated with a combination of saxagliptin & metformin in separate tablets.

How to Use
It's best to give it together with food, feed it together by evening meal, swallow it whole, don't chew it.

Side Effects
Upper airway infection, ISK, gastroenteritis, sinusitis, nasofaringitis, headaches, vomiting; nausea, skin rash.
