infection Saluran Kemih (ISK): Mild - medium 250 mg 2 times daily, infection berat 500 mg 2 times daily. infection respiratory tract, skin and jaringan soft, bone and joint: Mild - medium 250 - 500 mg 2 times daily, berat 500-750 mg 2 times daily. Prostatitis kronis, infection digestive tract : 500 mg 2 times daily. Osteomielitis akut : 750 mg 2 times daily. GO akut : 250 mg dosage single. ISK bagian atas and under : 100 mg 2 times daily. infection other : 200 mg 2 times daily. GO akut and sistitis akut without komplikasi on women : 100 mg dosage single

Perhatian
Hentikan therapy if terjadi nyeri, bengkak, patient with Impaired function kidney, epilepsi, or history with SSP (System Saraf Pusat). can mengganggu kemampuan for mengemudi or menjalankan mesin. Elderly.
