Amoxsan is medication antibiotika that used for overcome infection on respiratory tract atas, infection saluran kemih, digestive tract, skin and jaringan soft and fever tifoid on child. Amoxsan contains Amokscontaininglin (antibiotik golongan beta-laktam) namely medication golongan pencontaininglin that is bakteriolitik works by menghambat sintesis wall sel bacteria with memutus chain polimer peptidoglikan so not terbentuk.

Indikasi
for therapy infection gram positif and negatif, such as on respiratory tract atas and under, saluran kemih and kelamin. Skin & jaringan soft, infection bone, GO, abses teeth (therapy tambahan thd penanganan bedah/operasi)

Dosis
Adult & children with berat badan 20 kg or more : 250-500 mg tiap 8 hour. Children with berat badan more than 8 kg : 125-250 mg tiap 8 hour. Tifoid & paratifoid : adult : 4 gram/day in dosage terbagi during 14-21 day. children : 100 mg/kg berat badan/day in dosage terbagi during 14-21 day. Pembawa tifoid/tifus : 3-4 gram/day in dosage terbagi minimum during 1 month. Gonore : 3 gram Amoksan + 1 gram Probenesid as dosage single. infection saluran kemih without komplikasi : dosage single sebesar 3 gram. Sifilis : 250 mg tiap 6 hour during 4 week until with 5 month. infection respiratory tract bagian under that berat or berulang : 2 times daily 3 gram. Abses teeth : 2 times daily 3 gram with jarak administration 8 hour. Otitis media in patients adult and children age 3-10 year : 2 times daily 750 mg during 2 day.
Cara Penyajian
can be taken with food so that diabsorpsi lebik good and for reduces rasa not nyaman on GI or after meals.
