Adult & children with berat badan more than 20 kg : 3 times daily 250-500 mg, berat badan less from 20 kg : 3 times daily 25-50 mg/kg berat badan. Gonore : 3 gram as dosage single.

Hipersensitif against Sefalosporin.disorder kidney.Leukemia limfatik.
