Description
Desloratadine is a non-sedating antihistamine that helps to relieve symptoms of allergic rhinitis. Indication: Allergic rhinitis. Dosage: 5 mg orally once daily, adjusted based on individual patient response and tolerance. Safety: Common side effects include drowsiness, dry mouth, and fatigue. Rare but serious side effects include liver damage and QT prolongation. Storage: Store at room temperature, away from moisture and light. Precaution: Use with caution in patients with a history of liver disease or QT prolongation.
