Triocid Sirup is a combination of omeprazole and domperidone, used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and peptic ulcer disease in children. The recommended dose is 1-2 teaspoons (5-10mL) twice daily, taken orally with or without food. Common side effects include headache, diarrhea, nausea, and abdominal pain. Use with caution in patients with liver disease, kidney disease, or heart disease. Avoid use in pregnant or breastfeeding women.
