Tidifar 400mg Tablet is an antiplatelet agent that prevents blood clots and stroke in patients with a history of transient ischemic attack (TIA) or stroke. The recommended dosage is 250mg twice daily for 2 weeks, then 250mg once daily, or as directed by a physician. Common side effects include thrombocytopenia, neutropenia, anemia, and gastrointestinal disturbances.
