Sumagesic Tablet is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that helps to treat stomach pain, dyspepsia, and menstrual cramps. The recommended dose is 50mg to 100mg every 4 to 6 hours as needed. Common side effects include stomach upset, diarrhea, and dizziness. Rare side effects include liver damage and Stevens-Johnson syndrome. Use with caution in patients with kidney disease, liver disease, or heart failure.
