Ondansetron Bernofarm 8mg Capl 30s is a serotonin 5-HT3 receptor antagonist used to prevent nausea and vomiting caused by cancer chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and surgery. It works by blocking the action of serotonin, a natural substance that may cause nausea and vomiting. The capsule should be taken orally 30 minutes before chemotherapy, radiation therapy, or surgery, and may be repeated every 4 hours as needed. Common side effects include headache, dizziness, constipation, diarrhea, and fatigue. Serious side effects include QT prolongation, torsades de pointes, and allergic reactions.
