Konimag Susp 7ml Sach is a medication used to treat heartburn, indigestion, and diarrhea. It belongs to a class of medications called antacids and anti-diarrheals. The typical dosage is 5-10mL orally 1-2 hours after meals and at bedtime, with a maximum dose of 20mL daily. Common side effects include constipation, diarrhea, nausea, and abdominal pain. Rare side effects include allergic reactions, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, and anaphylaxis. Contraindications include hypersensitivity to magnesium hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide, or any component of the formulation.
