It is available by prescription only (POM) and is suitable for adults and children over 12 years. The recommended dosage is to take 1 tablet 2 times a day. If you experience any side effects, such as headache, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, or dizziness, inform your doctor. Do not use if you have a known allergy to famotidine or any other ingredients.
