Description
Farmacrol Forte Tablet is a histamine-2 (H2) blocker used to treat symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), such as heartburn and regurgitation. It works by reducing stomach acid production. Indication: GERD. Dosage: Take 1 tablet orally 1-2 times a day as needed. Safety: Common side effects include headache, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain. Serious side effects include severe allergic reactions, anaphylaxis, and Clostridioides difficile infection.
