Indication
Heavy infections from Staph, Strep, pneumokocus, and chlorstridium -- bone and joints infections, respiratory tracts, skin and soft tissue and urinary tract infections.

Dosage
Adult : 500 mg every 6 hours. Children > 1 month: 30 - 60 mg/kg BB/day in 3 - 4 doses are divided. The length of therapy in strep and hemolithus: at least 10 days
