Peripher & central neuropathic pain; general anxiety disorder (GAD) in adults. Reduce pain in fibromyalgia management. Adjunctive therapy in adults with partial seizures with secondary genealization.

Dosage
Adults are 150-600 mg a day in 2 or 3 doses divided. Neuropathic pain, originally 75 mg 2x per day. It can be increased to 150 mg 2x per day.
