Cefixime is bakteriosidal that works by mengikat one or more PBP (Penicillin-Binding Protein) on sintesis wall sel bacteria with memutus chain polimer peptidoglikan so not terbentuk. Hal the can mengakibatkan kematian sel bacteria.
