Rhelafen F 200mg/5ml Susp 60ml is a pain relief medication containing paracetamol. It is used to relieve pain and reduce fever. The recommended dosage is 1-2 teaspoons (5-10ml) every 4-6 hours as needed. Not to exceed 4 doses in 24 hours. Children under 12 years should consult a doctor before taking. Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, dizziness, and headache. Rare side effects include allergic reactions, liver damage, and kidney damage.
