Pharolit is a combination of paracetamol and codeine, used to treat moderate to severe pain, including headaches, toothaches, and menstrual cramps. The recommended dose is 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours, taken orally with or without food, as needed. Common side effects include dizziness, drowsiness, nausea, and vomiting.
