Mexpharm 7.5mg Tablet is a pain relief medication containing diclofenac. It is used to relieve pain and inflammation. The recommended dosage is 1 tablet (7.5mg) every 8 hours as needed. Not to exceed 3 doses in 24 hours. Children should consult a doctor before taking. Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, dizziness, and headache. Rare side effects include allergic reactions, liver damage, kidney damage, and stomach ulcers. Store in a cool, dry place and protect from light.
