Hufagesic Sirup 60ml is a combination medication containing paracetamol and codeine phosphate. It is used to relieve moderate to severe pain. The recommended dosage is 2.5-5ml every 4-6 hours as needed, with a maximum daily dose of 60mg/kg. Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, dizziness, headache, constipation, and respiratory depression.
