Ericaf Tablet is a pain relief medication containing paracetamol. It is used to relieve pain and reduce fever. The recommended dosage is 1 tablet (500mg) every 4-6 hours as needed. Not to exceed 4 doses in 24 hours. Children under 12 years should consult a doctor before taking. Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, dizziness, and headache. Rare side effects include allergic reactions, liver damage, and kidney damage. Store in a cool, dry place and protect from light.
