Clonidine Kf 0.15mg Tablet is an alpha-2 adrenergic agonist. It works by stimulating the alpha-2 receptors in the brain, which leads to a decrease in sympathetic outflow and a decrease in blood pressure. Indication: Pain relief, hypertension, ADHD, menopausal flushing. Dosage: 0.1-0.3mg twice daily. Safety: Common side effects include dry mouth, drowsiness, and dizziness.
