Description
Alaxan Fr Tablet is a combination of a vasodilator (dipyridamole) and a pain reliever (aspirin). It works by reducing pain and inflammation. Indication: Pain relief. Dosage: 1 tablet every 4-6 hours as needed. Safety: Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, dizziness, and headache. Rare side effects include liver damage, kidney damage, and Stevens-Johnson syndrome. Contraindicated in: Hypersensitivity to dipyridamole or aspirin. Use with caution in: Renal impairment, liver impairment, bleeding disorders.
