Narfoz 8mg Tablet is a medication used to prevent nausea and vomiting associated with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), gastroparesis, and other causes. It works by blocking the action of dopamine in the brain, which helps to reduce nausea and vomiting. The recommended dose is 10-20mg orally 3 times a day. Common side effects include dizziness, drowsiness, headache, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain, and fatigue. Use with caution in patients with liver or kidney disease, and in those taking other medications that may interact with domperidone.
