Narfoz 4mg Tablet is a prescription medication used to prevent and treat nausea and vomiting caused by cancer chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and surgery. It contains the active ingredient ondansetron, which works by blocking the action of serotonin, a natural substance that causes vomiting. Narfoz 4mg Tablet is available in tablet form and is usually taken 2-3 times a day, 30 minutes before chemotherapy or radiation therapy. Common side effects include headache, dizziness, constipation, diarrhea, fatigue, and injection site reactions.
