Mediamer-b6 Tablet is a medication used to prevent nausea and vomiting associated with chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and surgery. It works by blocking the action of dopamine in the brain, which helps to reduce nausea and vomiting. The recommended dose is 10mg orally 30 minutes before treatment, and the maximum dose is 10mg. Common side effects include dizziness, drowsiness, headache, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain, and fatigue. Use with caution in patients with liver or kidney disease, and in those taking other medications that may interact with metoclopramide.
