Description
DEXTAMINE TAB 300S has an active ingredient content of Dexamethasone and Dexchlorimine maleate. Dexamethasone includes corticosteroid drugs, working by reducing the inflammatory process (inflammatory) by making the leukocyte lysosom membrane stable, thereby releasing the acid hydrolase which damages leukocytes can be prevented.
