Indication
Reduce the risk of stroke and systemic embolism in patients with non-valvular fibrlation atriu (SPAF) with a history of stroke or TIO, with CHADS2 scores greater or equal to 2. For the treatment of vein thrombosis in (DVT).

Dosage
SPAF, recommended doses: 1 x a day 20mg. Trombosis veins in (DVT), doses recommended: 2 x a day 15mg during the first 3 weeks, followed by 1 x a day 20mg, maximum 30mg per day. The 22nd day and so on: 1 x a day 20mg (max)
How to Use
It's best to give along with the food
Warning
The risk of mucosa and anemia, be careful how you use it with kidney disorders, it's not recommended for patients who use systemic medicine along with anti-must drugs of the azol class, careful use of acute pulmonary embolism, before and after invasive procedures and surgical intervention.
Side Effects
Anemia, dizziness, eye bleeding, takicardi, hematoma hypotension, epitaxis, certina tract bleeding, puritus, muscle pain, urinary bleeding, fever, increased transaminase levels, post-operative bleeding
