Farsifen 400mg Tablet is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to treat pain and inflammation. It works by blocking the production of prostaglandins, which are chemicals that cause pain and inflammation. Farsifen 400mg Tablet is available in tablet form and is usually taken three times a day. The recommended dose is 50-100mg per day, with a maximum dose of 150mg per day. Common side effects include stomach upset, diarrhea, and dizziness. Rare side effects include liver damage, kidney damage, and allergic reactions. Do not take Farsifen 400mg Tablet if you have a history of stomach ulcers or bleeding, or if you are taking other NSAIDs or aspirin.
