Spirolactone 25mg Tablet is a potassium-sparing diuretic that is used to treat high blood pressure, heart failure, and swelling caused by excess fluid. It is also used to treat conditions such as primary aldosteronism and Cushing's syndrome. The recommended dose is 1 tablet once daily, and it may be taken with or without food. Common side effects include dizziness, headache, and fatigue, while rare but serious side effects include breast tenderness, impotence, and liver damage.
