Q Ten Com 60mg Kapsul is an ACE inhibitor that is used to treat high blood pressure and heart failure. It works by blocking the effects of certain natural chemicals in your body, such as angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE), on the heart and blood vessels. The recommended dose is 60mg daily. The dose may be increased to 120mg daily after 2 weeks if necessary. Common side effects include dizziness, fatigue, and nausea. Less common side effects include swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat, and difficulty breathing.
