Platogrix 75mg Tablet is an antiplatelet medication used to prevent blood clots in patients with acute coronary syndrome and myocardial infarction. It works by inhibiting the activation of platelets, which are cells that cause blood to clot. Indication: Acute coronary syndrome, myocardial infarction. Dosage: 75 mg once daily, taken orally with or without food. Safety: Common side effects include bleeding, bruising, dizziness, headache.
