Dumin 500mg Tablet is a medication used to treat high blood pressure and heart failure. It works by blocking the action of a natural chemical in your body, which causes your blood vessels to constrict, thereby lowering your blood pressure. Dumin may also be used to treat left ventricular dysfunction. The recommended starting dose is 80mg once daily, which may be increased to 160mg or 320mg once daily based on your response to treatment. Common side effects include headache, dizziness, fatigue, cough, and diarrhea. Dumin is contraindicated in pregnancy, breastfeeding, and severe kidney disease.
