Concor Am 5/5mg Tablet is a combination of amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium. It is used to treat high blood pressure and to lower the risk of heart attack and stroke. Amlodipine besylate is a calcium channel blocker that works by relaxing blood vessels, while atorvastatin calcium is a statin that lowers cholesterol levels. The recommended dose is 1 tablet once daily, and it may be taken with or without food. Common side effects include dizziness, headache, and fatigue, while rare but serious side effects include muscle pain, weakness, and liver damage.
