Canderin 16mg Tablet is a prescription medication used to treat high blood pressure and heart failure. It works by blocking the action of a natural chemical in your body that causes your blood vessels to constrict, which can increase blood pressure. Canderin is available in tablet form and should be taken once daily. The recommended dose is 8-16 mg, and the dose may be increased to 32 mg if necessary. Common side effects include dizziness, headache, and fatigue. Rare but serious side effects include angioedema and liver damage. Canderin is contraindicated in patients with a history of angioedema or hypersensitivity to candesartan cilexetil.
