Decolgen Pe Kaplet is a combination medication used to relieve symptoms associated with the common cold and flu. It contains paracetamol and phenylephrine, which work together to reduce fever, relieve headache and sore throat, and constrict blood vessels. The recommended dose is 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours, as needed, up to a maximum of 6 tablets per day. Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach pain. Rare side effects include allergic reactions, liver damage, and kidney damage. Use with caution in patients with a history of liver or kidney disease.
