It contains paracetamol, phenylephrine, and chlorphenamine.

The recommended dosage is 2-3 teaspoons every 4-6 hours as needed, with a maximum of 6 doses in 24 hours.

Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, dizziness, headache, insomnia, and dry mouth.

Use with caution in patients with liver or kidney disease, and in children under 12 years.
