Tremenza 10 tablet is medication that used to relieve symptoms flu such as nasal congestion and sneezing that caused by allergy in saluran pernapasan atas.

- Tripolidine HCl is active substance that used to treat symptoms allergy such as rhinitis and urtikaria. including in golongan antihistamin generasi pertama that has efek sedatif rendah.
- Pseudoephedrin is active substance golongan simpatomimetik that has aktivitas as nasal dekongestan, stimulant, and wakefulness promoting agent. Senyawa this bekerja with mengecilkan pembuluh darah for reduce pembengkakan and penyumbatan.
