Hypertension, congestive heart failure, DM, infection, chronic kidney failure, uremia, advanced age, pregnancy.

Retention of water & salt, edema, hypertension, amenore, hyperhydrosis, mental disorder, acute pancreatitis, osteonocrosis, muscle weakness, Cushing syndrome, TIO increase, vision disorder, local atrophy, appetite increase, late growth.
