Witranal Tablet is a medication used to treat fever in adults. It contains paracetamol as its active ingredient. The recommended dosage is 500-1000 mg every 4-6 hours as needed, not to exceed 4 grams in 24 hours. Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, and stomach pain. Rare side effects include allergic reactions, liver damage, and blood disorders. Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
