It contains metamizole sodium as its active ingredient. Indication: Fever reduction and relief. Dosage: Adults and children over 12 years: 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours as needed. Maximum daily dose: 8 tablets. Safety: Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, and dizziness. Rare side effects include allergic reactions, blood disorders, and liver damage. Contraindication: Patients with a history of blood disorders, liver disease, or kidney disease. Precaution: Patients with a history of stomach ulcers or bleeding.
