Ibuprofen Promed 400mg Tablet is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to treat pain, fever, and inflammation. Indication: Pain relief and fever reduction. Dosage: Adults and children over 12 years: 1 tablet every 4-6 hours as needed. Maximum 3 tablets in 24 hours. Children 6-12 years: 1/2 to 1 tablet every 4-6 hours as needed. Maximum 2 tablets in 24 hours. Safety: Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, and diarrhea. Rare side effects include allergic reactions, liver damage, and kidney damage.
