Description
Diafac 500 mg produced by Phapros contains metformin HCl 500 mg. Metformin is a bigurant antidiabetes, which works by inhibiting the glunoneesis and glycogenolysis process, slowing glucose absorption of the intestines, and increasing the sensitivity of insulin in the body. Metformin is effective for initial therapy in diabetes due to obesity or failure of diet and therapy with sulunal therapy. Metformin can also be used as an additional therapy on diabetes that depends on reduces insulin.
