*Reumatoid Artritis : 3-4 times per day 1 tablet or 2 times per day 1 1/2 tablet. *Ankilosing Spondilitis: 4 times per day 1/2 tablet, ditambah 1/2 tablet when night before tidur. To drink before meals. *Osteoartritis: 2-3 times per day 1 tablet or 2 times per day 1 1/2 tablet.
