Xarelto 15mg Tablet is an anticoagulant medication used to reduce the risk of stroke and blood clots. It works by inhibiting the production of Factor Xa, a protein involved in blood clotting. Indication: Cholesterol, stroke, blood clots. Dosage: 15 mg once daily, depending on patient response and tolerability. Safety: Common side effects include bleeding, bruising, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, insomnia. Precaution: Contraindicated in pregnancy, breastfeeding, severe liver disease.
