Clonidine Kf 0.15mg Tablet is a medication used to treat hypertension, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and menopausal flushing. It works by reducing the amount of norepinephrine in the brain. The recommended dosage is 0.1-0.3 mg orally every 6-8 hours for hypertension, and 0.1-0.3 mg orally every 6-8 hours for ADHD. Common side effects include drowsiness, dry mouth, dizziness, and nausea. Use with caution in patients with kidney or liver disease, and in patients taking other medications that may interact with clonidine.
